These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DossiAIr's platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By using DossiAIr, you agree to these Terms.
By creating an account, accessing, or using DossiAIr, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, you may not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users, including free trial users, paying customers, and enterprise clients (who may have additional contract terms).

We reserve the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating your account, with or without notice.
You own your data. All documents, submissions, and content you upload or create using DossiAIr ("Your Content") remain your property. We claim no ownership rights to Your Content.
You grant us a limited license to use Your Content solely to provide the Service, including processing documents, generating submissions, and providing AI-powered features. This license ends when you delete Your Content or terminate your account.

While we maintain backups for disaster recovery, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of Your Content. You can export your data anytime in standard formats.
Pricing for paid plans is available on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes don't affect your current billing cycle.
We offer 30-day free trials with full access to all features. No credit card required. At the end of the trial, you must choose a paid plan or your account will be downgraded to read-only access.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle. If payment fails, we'll notify you and retry. After multiple failures, we may suspend your account.
You may cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We offer prorated refunds for annual plans cancelled within 30 days. No refunds for monthly plans or partial months.
Prices exclude applicable taxes. You're responsible for all sales, use, GST, VAT, and other taxes. We'll add taxes to your invoice when required by law.
DossiAIr owns all rights to the Service, including the platform, software, AI models, algorithms, branding, and documentation. These Terms don't grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Service.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your business purposes during your subscription period.
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about DossiAIr, we may use them without any obligation to you. You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use your feedback to improve the Service.
We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but make no guarantees. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or due to circumstances beyond our control. Enterprise customers receive SLA guarantees per their agreements.
Important: AI features are assistive tools, not substitutes for professional judgment. You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving all AI-generated content before submission to regulatory agencies. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI outputs.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON'T WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
While DossiAIr is designed to support regulatory compliance, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring your submissions meet all applicable regulatory requirements. We are not a regulatory consulting firm and do not provide regulatory advice.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
These limitations apply even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions don't allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so these may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DossiAIr, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:
These Terms begin when you create an account and continue until terminated by either party.
You may cancel your subscription anytime from account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. You may also delete your account immediately, forfeiting any remaining subscription time.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in abusive behavior. We'll provide notice when possible but aren't required to in cases of serious violations.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. You have 30 days to export Your Content before we delete it. Provisions regarding ownership, warranties, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.
Before filing a claim, please contact us at legal@dossiair.com to resolve disputes informally. Most disputes can be resolved this way.
If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration takes place in San Francisco, California, or another mutually agreed location.
You and DossiAIr agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only. Neither party may bring a claim as a class action, representative action, or collective action.
Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or violation of confidentiality obligations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email and by posting on this page with an updated date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any Enterprise Agreement you've signed, constitute the entire agreement between you and DossiAIr regarding the Service.
Our failure to enforce any provision doesn't waive our right to enforce it later.
